a couple of additional points.

some html messages will read correctly in the latest screenreaders but
not all without implementing the browser.

And to follow tim's message, if you want to shorten the way of accessing
his set of hotkeys, you can "pin" that option to a thing called the
quick access toolbar or qat. to do this, go to the option in question,
and then pull up the context menu by pressing the Application key. the
pin this item to quick access toolbar is in there (not completely sure
precisely where - not able to check right now).

Guy,

Not sure if this is what you're after, but for HTML messages in Outlook
2007, you usually need to view the message in your browser. You can do
this when you've opened an HTML mail message in Outlook, by hitting
ALT-H followed by X followed by V.

Tim Pennick

Does anyone know how to tell ms outlook 2007 to read incoming html
emails and to get jaws to be able to read those html emails out?

A friend of mine can find an option to tell outlook that outgoing emails
should be html, but he can't figure out how to tell it to process
incoming html messages.
