[BCAB] Downloading MP3 Files

Dear Gordon and List:
You asked how to get the run or save dialogue displayed when
downloading an .mp3 file instead of automatically playing it.

Your friend needs to run windows explorer,  
And select tools then folder options then control tab to file
types then select mp3 then advanced and tab to confirm before
download and select this option.  Then tab to ok to save the
change.

This will display the run or save dialogue when he goes to
download this type of file.
