For some time I have not been able to update the signature database on Nodd32, my anti-virus program, although I have paid for it up to October22 2013. The last successful scan was noted in February 2012. I am asked for a log-in name and password, which I have long since forgotten, and there is no option for getting a new passworld. Any suggestions wlecome, or should I simply cut my losses and change to a different anti-virus program, of which of course there are many to choose from?
