David,

If this is a recent problem, then you could try using System Restore to
restore your system configuration to a previous restore point. On my XP
system, System Restore can be found from the Start menu, Programs,
Accessories.

Subject: [BCAB] JAWS and video intercept issue

Hi all

JFW v10, XP Pro, Office 2003 and more.
Using Outlook the other morning, JAWS locked up.
A reboot invited me to install the FS video intercept.
Pressing OK resulted in a BONG and then no speech.
Reboot again.
Tried a JAWSrepair.

If I ignore the message, all programs seem to interact ok apart from Notepad
and Outlook.

Any ideas welcomed as where to go toward resolution?

David W Wood
