[BCAB] An appeal to Virgin Media customers

Why are you being asked this by VM? Are you trying to collect your email via their website or are you using a standalone email client?
I have VM and use it on both Mac and Windows with standalone mail products with no problems and have never been asked for this additional information by VM.
