[BCAB] Bluetooth PAIRING

Hi Ian/All,

Bluetooth in general seems very picky about the order in which you do 
things.   With the iPhone Braillenote paired, I've found that if I 
first turn on terminal-mode on the Apex, then unlock the iPhone, it 
connects and stays good.
