[BCAB] JFW 13 v 12 and Office 2003 Word issues

Richard,

As mentioned, no idea about jaws 12 but it is certainly more sluggish than 
9.

I also find that in the documents menu in the start menu, the recently 
opened files do not read correctly most of the time, repeating any previous 
line and this causes plenty enough confusion.
