[BCAB] Strange unexplained error on safari during development

Hello Muzz

The information on https://developer.apple.com indicates error 1 as a "Host 
Not Found" error (the site may be helpful). If you change from localhost to 
an IP (127.0.0.1?) does this help? If so perhaps a DNS or hosts file 
problem?
