Subject: [BCAB] Website testing with people with specific ability needs

Hi,
My name is Maria, and I work for System Concepts, which is a consultancy
specialising in the usability and accessibility of products and websites.
We routinely carry out user testing, to ensure that these products can be
used and enjoyed by all potential users, including those with a specific
ability need. If you require more information about us, please visit our
website on http://www.system-concepts.com/.
We will conduct two research projects between 4th & 12th of March. We will
only need each participant on one day. The sessions will last between 1 and
2 hours and will take place in central London (2 Savoy Court, Strand, London
WC2R 0EZ). We will pay you an incentive, to show our appreciation for your
valuable insights and will also cover your travel costs up to £15.
If you decide to participate, we will ask you to tell us what you think
about a website as it appears on a computer and a mobile phone. There are
no right or wrong answers and we simply want to know what you think about
the website. We would like to audio and video record your session, but rest
assured that we will not release your personal details to anyone and the
video will not be seen by anyone outside the design team.
We are looking for people with experience using the internet on computers
and their mobile phones. If you would like to be considered please answer
the following questions as honestly as you can. Please note that answering
'no' will not necessarily mean you will not be chosen for the research.
Following your response, we will contact you with further questions to find
out whether you match the requirements for the upcoming research. If you
would rather answer the questions by phone, please give me a call on 020
7240 3388 or send me an email with your phone number and I will call you
back.

    * Is your tablet an iPad or an Android tablet?
    * Do you use any assistive technologies on your tablet? What do you

in touch as soon as possible if you are interested in taking part! Also,
please feel free to pass this message on to anyone else who you think might
like to participate.
