Hi Ian,

The answer to that is of course it will. The app is tied to your account,
so every book you ever purchase will be available to the app.

What I don't know is whether books that are TTS disabled will read with
VoiceOver.

All the best

Steve

The slightly sad note here is that it potentially completely lets amazon off
further developing its own accessibility options. But it also means one
less device to carry around. I wonder whether items previously bought for a
Kindle will be made available via the app?

I haven't tried it yet as I am at work. I was just wondering if anyone else
had yet. Like you I've previously ditched the Kindle app as it was
completely inaccessible.

Sounds great Mel. Have you tried it? Does it work? I had the Kindle app
but deleted it as it was naff to use with Voiceover. If it's now supposed
to work that'll be great. I like the sound of that Kindle E mail feature as
well whereby you can e mail yourself documents to a kindle address and then
read them in the app. Perfect.

If this is right it's fantastic news. Has anyone else read this article or
tried the app?
