Hi, I can't say what the problem was but what I did was pin both
microsoft-store and office.com to selected sites in
tools/internet-options/security and this seemed to resolved the
issue and have now managed to buy and install office 365.

Cheers, Steve

Hi Steve.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties buying Office 365. When
you go to
www.microsoft.com/office and proceed to buy the package and log
in, could
you tell us what you're seeing with possibly an extract of the
page? This
will better help us to understand what might be going on with
your machine
or possibly what error you may be performing.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hello, despite the fact I have a microsoft account, it won't
aklow me to purchase microsoft office 365 fkr 79 pounds from its
online store. I've tried adjusting my internet settings etc and
am getting nowhere. As a wheelchair user who is blind and also
wears hearing aids, it's impossible for me to get out either
without a friend or an expensive taxi, so buying online is a
must. Any help and/or advice please?

Cheers, Steve
