As David says it could be your anti-virus or malware program but more likely
one of the emails is from a company trying it on. I find that a good
application to have is CCleaner from Piriform. It's free and does a
brilliant job of keeping my system clean.

Subject: [BCAB] Alarming announcement

Hi all,

Whilst reading my emails in gmail, I heard a message, from where I
don't know, telling me that there 1935 problems with my computer which
need fixed and to press enter to do this. What on earth does this
mean? Any ideas?

Thanks

Ruth
