[BCAB] UPPERCASE IN COMPUTER BRAILLE

iOS does support 8-dot braille! My focus40 & Alva BC680 work fine with 8-dot Braille. The u-chord method also works if you don't have 8-dot Braille, or your device can't support 8 physical dots.
Toggle this under Braille within VO settings.
