Hello Lu,
I have done what you are attempting to do for a while now.
What I usually find easier to do is to go to the bootcamp control
pannel in Windows and select OSX as the start up system.
After you do that you can restart the computer, it will prompt you for
that option.
In the mac, please go to start up disc in system preferences, the
process will be self explanatory from there.
