[BCAB] Mac Question - Store

Hi Mac users, when I go to the Mac Store on my Mac Book Air either via the 
Doc or another route, all buttons are dimmed so I cannot do anything.  I 
have closed the app and I have rebooted the Mac but it does not change.  Any 
idea how I might resolve this problem?
