Hi Steve,

Thanks so much for your message. Indeed I have been thinking of you because
I told Sarah I understood Helen had a childhood tumour like she did and it
came back. It's nice to know you are there as someone who has been through
this. We must keep in touch and perhaps meet up some time.

Kind regards,

Adrian, this is unfertunately precisely weat halpened to Helen when it was
discovered she had a cancerous brain tumour. I don't know, but I think the
Steven Hawkin computer is controlled by a synthetic voicebox in his Larynx
and dangerous surgery would need to be performed. I remember Helen onky
being able to communicate with one hand and then being too ill to eat or
drink - it was 15 June 2002 and I still have bad days. If it's any comfort,
I really do understand what you're going through and try to keep strong, it
isn't easy, Steve Thacker
