Yes,Richard. Very curious. My experience last night was the same as you report. I wonder if they are rolling out the new process gradually.

This is curious. I wonder why the experiences of Phil and David are
different from mine? Any good guessers?

David,

Using Win 7 and JFW14.

Just logged on to www.Santander.co.uk and clicked "log on"

On the next page, I Entered my user ID in full, tabbed twice to "login" and
pressed Enter.

On the next page, I confirmed my image and phrase were correct, then pressed
H until I got to the part of the page requiring digits from my password and
pin. I am asked for 3 digits from my password, followed by 3 digits from my
pin. The fields into which these digits are entered are standard edit
fields.

However, when you enter the required digit into the first password field,
you will automatically be taken to the second, and once you have entered
that digit, you will automatically be taken to the third. You do not need
to press tab between.

Once you have entered the three password digits, get out of forms mode and
find the next edit field, which will be where you enter the first of the
three digits from your pin. Again, you will automatically be taken between
these fields as soon as you enter the relevant digit.

Once you have entered all these, tab to the log on button and that should
bring up your accounts.

That is how it works on my system, anyway.

Let us know what problem you are having.

Phil

I regularly use the telephone banking system, but tried to get into my
accounts using Jaws Windows 7 with IE11.

Entering my id is no problem, but when I get onto the next screen, it all
goes pear-shaped. Is there something I'm missing?

Many thanks for any light thrown,

David.
