The recording is actually for transcription purposes & all the people on the
call want the call to be recorded. Thanks.

That is incorrect.
In the UK you are allowed to record whatever you like but if you intend to
use it then this must be informed to persons being recorded and their
approval must be gained.
Thus you cannot record a call and stick it up on you tube or if you do then
you are liable to be prosecuted.
One exception to this is if you are recording for legal purposes. In any
case you may not play the recordings to anyone though a court may make use
of the recordings once submitted.
You are allowed to use the recording to transcribe the conversation.
