Jackie, I have posted this request to a legal list. Either I or someone
else from the legal list will contact this person.

Please could someone with such experience perhaps help this lady by writing
to her directly? She has given her permission for me to circulate the text
of her message. Her Email address is at the foot of the message.

Many thanks.

Message begins:

I am writing for general advice, I work for a visually impaired lawyer. She
currently uses 'Jaws Screen Reader' software on her computer, but we have
noticed this programme isn't very helpful when reading legal blacklines.
I wondered if you would have any advice on this particular matter or know of
any issues like this that have occurred in the past. We are looking for some
guidance in which you could recommend for this sort of issue, whether a
different type of software would work or if there is a programme that works
specifically for lawyers and in particular blacklines or similar.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
