Hi Jane
I will need to look back in my records.

But if you get the second generation smart meter, you should have it talking
and in big print.
Thanks.
Mike

the branch on Tuesday to complain aobut it I am also not getting any kind
of accessible statement so I am aboutto go and tackle Barclays about this
situation.

All for now

Also can ou tell me was it you or Clive Lever who talkedabout the smart
meters for electricity and gas? Can you resend this email as you explained
about the next generation of smart meters arethey goingto be screen reader
friendly or rather Blind friendly?>

All the best

Hi Jim
I think some do this.
My preferred option is to get small print separated out physically or on
separate pages.
Print readers can easily spot it without ploughing through is all looking
for clues!
Thanks.
Mike

I suggest that all small print be brailled in square brackets, following a
note to that effect at the beginning of the document.

Warm regards,

Jim.
