[BCAB] unwanted calls

Hi,

Actually, blocking at line level only blocks about 40 percent of calls, we
believe Truecall blocks about 95. It's much more advanced.

All the best

Steve

Hi Judy.

Most providers have their own shield services. Talk talk, sky and BT all
have a service that you can request to be activated. It functions the same
as true call would but on the line level. I have seen this in operation on
various people's telephone lines when I have rung them and it's proving very
affective I believe. For mobile phone calls, you could use a call blocking
app. I am afraid I can't recommend a specific one as I have not really had
the problem, but perhaps others might have a recommendation? Also, blocking
calls from international and with held numbers on our telephone line has
proved very affective. The caller hears a message stating that calls from
with held numbers are blocked and notifies the caller to call back without
with holding their number.
Our local surgery and hospital now show their number.

Very best wishes,

Mo.
