[BCAB] NVDA announcing single digits

Surely though it's a basic function that is in all other screen readers to
my knowledge.  It really should be there.

Also, you're evidently not on the NVDA list, as this has come up a few
times.

I disagree.  I'm perfectly happy spelling the ones I want to. NVDA's
dictionary allows you to put this in if  you really want to, and i've only
ever seen it as a request by 2 people in about 3 years.
