[BCAB] Synology and Alexa

Hi David

Mymedia isn't going to work for me I think, because it needs to run on a windows or Linux box as far as I understand. My Synology
isn't the right architecture, so I'd have to leave another machineon to feed the music through as far as I currently understand?

The mymedia link works fine for me.

Once you've downloaded the program, you need to specify the folders to
search, and it builds up a list of media on your drive.

I've just specified a folder of playlists, which is fine, as were
appropriate, it builds cross references etc.

Your files need to be tagged though, so that artist/album/tracks can be
organized correctly.

Give it a go, and let us know how you get on,

Best wishes,

David.

able to learn a great deal. I now have it streaming video, audio and music to our TV, iOS and Android, and file access in Windows.

we're a British English family. Can anyone advise how else I can get content to play from the NAS through the echo? The audio
station skill goes out onto the web - I had to jump through all sorts of SSL hoops - so happy to do that. I don't have an x86
model, so I can't run a VM inside it, which was all I could find as an alternative.
