Hi Doreen

You need to do this within JAWS. Every other screen reader respects Outlook's view settings, but JAWS has its own system. So, from
a folder of emails:

1. Press insert+f2, and then choose Customise message list.
2. Arrow to the item you want changing, then tab to choose what you want to do. For example, arrow down to subject, then tab to
move up. If you go back to your list of headers, you'll now see that subject appears above the from option.
3. rearrange to your liking, turning off any headers you don't want with the "ignore" option.
4. Finally, press OK.

Hope that's helpful!
S.

Subject: [BCAB] MESSAGE VIEW IN OUTLOOK 2016

Hi folks:
Can anybody please tell me how I change the order of colums in my inbox for
Outlook 2016? I don't like the default order but am struggling when I try to
rearrange.
Thanks very much.
DOREEN TYLER.
