Download the Natwest app to your iPhone, it is much nicer than using it on the web.
Oh and you can log in with your fingerprint.

Hi Jackie, I’m not sure if it is relevant for this, but I find that the Natwest website is not that accessable with Voiceover on the Iphone in Safari, but with NVDA on the PC it works better.
