Hi Barry,

I agree that more assistance from companies would be great when it comes to shopping. Thing is, I'm struggling to think of a situation where I couldn't just ask a regular volunteer to tell me which bottle was which. It's not like a bank where I might want the confidential assistance, or Google/Microsoft where I might need more technical help than a volunteer could reasonably be expected to provide.
