Dear Doreen

You need to have acrobat reader dc installed this reads PDF's really well
and is much easier than Microsoft edge. Ican answer this one because I have
just had this done on my pc running windows 10 with NVDA. It works really
well.

Subject: [BCAB] READING .PDF FILES

Hi folks:
Running Windows 10 and JAWS 2018 latest build.
All of a sudden I am unable to read my .pdf files, either through JAWS OCR
and Acrobat. When I open the .pdf file it is completely blank. Wondering
if anyone has any thoughts please.
Thanks.
DOREEN TYLER.
