[BCAB] Loss of predictive text when writing email recipients' names - Outlook 2010

Go to Outlook's File, and select Options. Select Mail from the list on the left, and then on the right panel, go down to Send Messages where you will find "Auto-Text" referred to and can check that.

Subject: [BCAB] Loss of predictive text when writing email recipients' names - Outlook 2010
Until yesterday, if I created an email and started writing an address into the 'to: ' field, such as the BC of BCAB discussion list, it would predictively complete the name of the recipient, and if I down-arrowed, I'd get other email addresses to choose from, such as, in this example 'BCAB board list'. This has stopped happening. How do I bring that email address predictive text feature back to life?
