Hi Clive,

Go to Outlook's File, and select Options. Select Mail from the list on the left, and then on the right panel, go down to Send Messages where you will find "Auto-Text" referred to and can check that.

Subject: [BCAB] Loss of predictive text when writing email recipients' names - Outlook 2010

Hello

Until yesterday, if I created an email and started writing an address into the 'to: ' field, such as the BC of BCAB discussion list, it would predictively complete the name of the recipient, and if I down-arrowed, I'd get other email addresses to choose from, such as, in this example 'BCAB board list'. This has stopped happening. How do I bring that email address predictive text feature back to life?

Thanks,

Clive
