Hi,

Sounds like you're trying to copy a hidden folder over unintentionally of
course.

I would suggest checking in the source folder for a folder of that long
name. Could be a system folder?

You'll have to set Explorer in Windows to Show Hidden Files to find it.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [BCAB] Kapsys Phone: 2 Questions

Hi Everyone

This morning I tried to transfer some files from my Desktop Pc to my Kapsys
phone. I have not done this for a while, but it used to work.
When I plug the phone into the USB socket I select "File Transfers".

I can see the folder on the phone where I want to put the files, but when I
try to transfer them I get the message

"The :\{20d04fe-03aea-1069-a2d8-08002b30309d}\...\sid-{10001,,12651114496}\
folder does not exist. The file might ahve been moved or deleted. Do you
want to create it? Yes No?"

If I say "Yes" or "No", the box goes away, but nothing happens.

Does anyone know what I should do to solve this problem?

Also, I have been persuaded to install Whatsapp to join a family group.
I can see the chat, but I don't always seem to be able to see who is
chatting? Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks

Pele West
