[BCAB] Converting files to BRF format

Hi Claire.

go in to DBT.

Open a file.

Press control T to translate.

Press alt F for file then A for save as.

Type your file name then tab to the save as type box. Arrow down and all 
your options for braille should pop up. You may have to arrow down 
multiple times. when you've selected the one you want, tab to save and 
that's it.
