I can only tell you the Outlook 2016 keystrokes, so not sure if it may
change with a screen reader.

1) alt +v - invoke keystroke use.
2) alt + ab - opens  the "Arrangement" group.
3) You will then have a window with 3 columns, and should be able to arrow
through the options to select how you wish message to be sorted.

Hi Roger, you're doing what i did. Could it be a focussing problem. May be
check your window is maxed. Then, try tabbing to the next item and
shift-tabbing back to the arrange. You can also try pressing enter rather
than space which, for reasons best known to the almighty, sometimes makes a
