[BCAB] Trying to find contact info for Royal Mail to make a complaint

Cheers guys.  I didn’t realise that the Post Office and Royal Mail are separate entities.  I have found the contact form for the Post Office and encase anyone needs it as well it’s https://www.postoffice.co.uk/contact-us-complaint
