Hi Karl,

Have you checked if it is read when JAWS lists the tables in the document?
Press JAWS key + Ctrl + T. HTH.

Regards,
LU

Subject: [BCAB] Accessible tables in Word

Hi,

I am trying to make a table in a word document as accessible as possible so
am wondering if the table description I've added to the Alt text tab of the
table properties are ever read out loud by Jaws etc? I've added the text but
can't seem to see when it is read out loud.

Using Office 365 and latest Jaws.

Thanks all,

Karl
