Hi Richard
I havde the same sort of experience with BT and Outlook. I have to kill the
whole lot, and start again. Some how it seems to be removing the password.
But it is all restored when started from scratch without intervention.
Hth.
Thanks.
Mike

Hi,

I've a different Outlook oddity with Office 365 which has started to rear
its ugly head over past few weeks!

I have several accounts defined to Outlook but, periodically, my main one,
ie the account which is automatically opened when launching Outlook, stops
sending and receiving mail - all the other accounts still work normally at
this point! For completeness, I am not using Exchange but they are all imap
accounts!

If I close Outlook and try to re-open it, it doesn't open as the process is
still running so I need to kill the process with taskkill.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening gratefully received.

Cheers
Richard Bartholomew

David,

It is very random, and restarting outlook fixes the problem, sometimes,

I've experienced this from time to time and find that exiting and
re-entering Outlook fixes it. No idea what really causes it. I use Exchange
and have just assumed it is something to do with that and Jaws.

Hi,

I have an occasional problem with outlook in that when I invoke it, I can't
navigate through folders, and even in the mail table view, it tells me there
are 0 items.

Using JAWS 2019 or NVDA, the same happens. As you can see, composing a new
message is no problem,

Thanks,

David.
