Hi Barry

Yes, they are obliged to put in a further  level of security, I think by the beginning of November.
My understanding was that this would be voluntary until that time.

It is a total pain in the proverbial!

I find that IE11 interacts well with the site and the button to close the message can be found.

A few days ago, for a new payee, I was asked to put in my 5 digit code into a box.  This hadn't previously been required.
This was in addition to the OTP.

It took me some while to find that one!

I do believe that the issues I am having with Santander is the pop up alert.  I also believe that it is Chrome that is putting that alert up.  I can't get to that alert with alt a or by shift tabbing past the address bar.  I'm obviously doing something wrong and would appreciate help.

I find the app extremely accessible The only feature I believe is missing Is the ability to read a docs/statements on the app. Unfortunately you must still sign in to view the documents. Through the app you can pay, transfer as well as check all your accounts plus other bits and pieces. I currently use the iPhone I’m not too sure but the android accessibility for the app.
