[BCAB] Upgrading from Windows 7

Hi Mo,

Ok, so it's Monday morning and confusion reigns!

My operating system is Windows 7 and that is the one that is ending its 
support at the end of the year? so That's what needs upgrading I believe.

I already have Office 2010.
