When you say the iPhone is not seeing it can you take us through the steps you are taking to get it to work? You may also need to put the headset in pairing mode for this to go through as well.

Hi All, is there a way of encouraging an I phone to see a blue tooth device.
I am trying to connect a previously mothballed Plantronics 800 headset without joy and it is working as it connects to my laptop by dongal but my I phones are not seeing it.
